Yooper (noun): A person from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, known for their distinctive regional accent, resilience in harsh winter conditions, and pride in local traditions and culture. "Yooper" embodies the unique identity and traits of the U.P. with its hearty spirit and a deep appreciation for the area's natural beauty and lifestyle of rugged simplicity.

We source high-quality, name-brand products from a local warehouse and create and finish all our designs ourselves, with Bob handling the embroidery and engraving by hand in-house. We're a small family operation based between Crystal Falls, MI and Twin Lakes, WI, focused on making solid gear in small batches.

Good news! We’ll be launching a few t-shirt designs this summer. We’ve always planned to add them to the lineup, but our early prototypes with embroidery didn’t work out (lightweight fabric and stitching just don’t mix). Screen printing is the way to go, but since there’s no room to cram a setup into our already maxed-out workshop without suspending Bob from the ceiling, we’ve partnered with a local printer to bring our designs to life. Eventually, we hope to bring it all back in-house, and until then we’re still handling every order with our own two hands to make sure it meets our standards.

We're pleased to offer flat rate shipping on all orders starting at $3.95 for smaller orders up to $8.95. We also offer expedited, 2-day shipping for $25. Stickers ship for free! All shipping times begin after production is completed, typically within 3-5 days of ordering.

Sendle is the trusty carrier we rely on to get your order from our hands to your doorstep. Think of them as the overachieving little sibling of those big-name shipping giants—reliable, more affordable, and without the corporate hangover. They still utilize all the major shipping carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx, but they do some sort of math wizardry with algorithms and logistics to ensure we get the best rates. So, you get quality shipping without the hefty price tag, and we can still afford to feed our cat without charging you $30 to ship a sweatshirt.

We get it, sometimes you're in a hurry and want to toss everything in the dryer. But for the sake of your hoodie, let it air dry. The embroidery can shrink or get distorted from the heat. Flip it inside out, wash on cold, hang dry, and it'll stay looking sharp. If you have to use the dryer, go with the lowest heat and pull it out right away.

Our stainless steel drinkware is as tough as a Yooper in January, but still could use a little TLC (who doesn’t?). Hand washing with warm, soapy water is recommended. The black stainless pastel and copper plated drinkware lines are dishwasher safe. And please, for the love of pasties, do not microwave.

First, remove the carabiner. Then toss it in the washer with warm water and your choice of detergent (no bleach) and tumble dry on low. Skip the ironing and dry cleaners. We don't know anyone who would dry clean or iron a towel anyway, but for sure don't do that with this one.

If you receive an error message after applying a discount code to your order, a couple things could be happening.

1. Your subtotal (before taxes & after other discounts) hasn't met the required amount for the discount to be applicable. Try adding small items likestickers or gift cards to reach the amount without adding additional shipping.

2. You haven't added a shipping address yet. Free shipping discounts will be applied after your shipping address and speed have been entered.

3. The sale or discount has ended. Discount codes and sales are available for a limited time.
